Shri B.P. Khare
General Manager, Central Railway
Shri B.P. Khare, presently working General Manager, Diesel Locomotive Works, Varanasi has been given the additional charge of the post of General Manager, Central Railway from 01.05.2013.
Shri Khare is a Civil Engineer from IIT Roorkee. He joined Central Railway in November 1977 and has 35 years of experience in Railways. He has held important posts including Divisional Railway Manager, Jabalpur, Principal Chief Engineer of Eastern & South Eastern Railways. As a Chief Administrative Officer (Construction), Jammu & Kashmir Rail Project, Northern Railway has played an important role in the construction of one of the toughest rail project. Besides he has held the additional charge of the posts of General Manager, North Central Railway and East Central Railway.
