MEGA BLOCK o­n 1.6.2014

Central Railway will operate Mega Block o­n its suburban sections for carrying out maintenance work o­n Sunday 1.6.2014.

KALYAN-THANE UP SLOW LINE FROM 11.30 AM TO 4.00 PM

Up slow / semi fast services leaving Kalyan from 11.03 am to 3.54 pm will be diverted o­n Up fast line between Kalyan and Mulund stations halting at Dombivli and Thane stations.

Dn fast line services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai from 10.08 am  to 2.40 pm will halt at Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Bhandup and Mulund stations in addition to their respective scheduled halts and UP fast line locals leaving Thane station from 10.50 am to 3.36 pm will halt at Mulund, Bhandup, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar and Kurla stations in addition to their respective scheduled halts.

Up slow line services will not be available at Thakurli, Kopar, Diva, Mumbra and Kalwa Stations. Passengers of these stations are permitted to travel via Dombivli and Thane stations.  

 

KURLA-VASHI UP AND DN HARBOUR LINES FROM 11.00 AM TO 3.00 PM

Up Harbour line services towards Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus leaving Panvel/Belapur/Vashi from 10.20 am to 3.04 pm and Dn Harbour line services to Panvel/Belapur/Vashi leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus from 10.23 am to 3.01 pm will remain suspended

Special local trains will run o­n Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai – Kurla and Vashi-Panvel sections during the block period.

Harbour line passengers are permitted to travel via Transharbour line/Main line fom 10.00 am to 4.00 pm

Due to these blocks, suburban trains are likely to be more crowded than usual. Passengers are requested not to take any risks while travelling. They are also requested to avoid travelling o­n foot board, roof top of locals and not to board extremely over crowded trains. Passengers are requested to bear with the Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused.
